2. Continual Improvement.  We can always be better and we strive to improve everyday.  We learn from new developments in the design community, we learn from each other, we learn from our architect and contractor friends, and we learn from our current and past experiences.
3. Technology Leaders.  We love experimenting with new ways to improve design efficiency and communicate effectively.  Understanding and implementing new technology is a definitely a key.
4. Having Fun.  We spend too much of our lives at work to not have fun in doing our work.  We like engineering and are excited to help you with your structural engineering need.
