Sketch Night

InterUrban ArtHouse ArtMatters programming presents a monthly Sketch event. Bring your favorite media and materials and draw something with other artists in a fun and relaxed environment. All skill levels welcome! We provide a model or something interesting to sketch, plenty of space, a seat, and some refreshments. Morning Brew

InterUrban ArtHouse opens its doors to local artists, community members, business owners, arts and civic organizations, and you! This is an opportunity for those interested and working in arts and culture to connect, network and learn more about the InterUrban ArtHouse project.
Open Studio

InterUrban ArtHouse ArtMatters programming presents an Open Studio! Our space will be open to artists every Tuesday and Friday, from 12 – 3:30pm. (Except Friday, Feb 29.) Bring your favorite media and supplies and come create with other artists in a fun and relaxed environment. Space is limited so please register below! We’ll provide the room, storage space, and some refreshments. You’ll need to bring your own lunch. Cost: $5 Members/ $8 Non-members

Bring your favorite media and supplies and come create with other artists in a fun and relaxed environment. Space is limited so please register below! We’ll provide the room, storage space, and some refreshments. You’ll need to bring your own lunch. $25 per session, payable at the door or $100 for all five sessions to be paid on August 20th

Figure Drawing Summer Classes

This class is for adults and older teens (ie: high school juniors and seniors or other advanced students) with parental permission. I will cover the basics of gesture drawing, various ways of measuring and understanding proportions, some anatomy and structure of the body, and a lot of emphasis on development of values in shading. Work will be done in charcoal on white and toned paper. Class Dates: July 22nd, 29th & August 5th, 12th Class Time: 6-8pm Fee: $140 Ages: 16+ (with guardian permission)
