Market Lofts | Estimated Completion: Fall 2018

Work continues on Market Lofts, a $10.8 million mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Overland Park on the corner of 80th and Marty. The 36-unit apartment building will be a blend of one- and two-bedroom apartments above over 5,500 square feet of retail space and a secured 43-space underground garage.

The Vue | Estimated Completion: Late 2018

Following April 2017's groundbreaking ceremony, construction has been ongoing at The Vue, a 219-unit luxury apartment complex that will include 10,000 square feet of retail, an attached 324-space parking garage, a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center and indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. Located in the heart of Downtown Overland Park at the corner of 80th and Marty, The Vue will come with walkable access to all of Downtown's restaurants, shops and amenities.

Avenue 81 | Under Construction

Avenue 81 is a mixed-use development located just south of Avenue 80 on Metcalf Avenue. This project features 105 independent living units, 45 assisted living units, 1 guest until and 11,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. This will be Overland Park's first Class A high-density mixed-use Senior Living  project containing best-in-class architecture, industry leading amenities and a significant amount of common area for residents.

Edison District | Estimated Completion: Fall 2019

Edison OP Rendering

Centered around a five-story office building that features a chef-driven food hall, the Edison District development was approved in July 2018 by the Overland Park City Council. In addition to more than 100,000 square feet of office space, the project envisions a four-level parking garage with more than 400 new spaces, and a large central plaza.

82 Metcalf | Pending

82 Metcalf Rendering

EPC Real Estate, which is behind the Avenue 80 and Avenue 81 projects along Metcalf, has submitted plans for a new, four-story office building for the northeast corner of 82nd Street and Metcalf Avenue.
