InterUrban Lofts | NOW OPEN!

InterUrban Lofts is a mixed-use property located just 1.5 blocks from the historic center of Downtown Overland Park on the corner of 79th and Conser. Located at the corner of 80th and Metcalf, Avenue 80 is a mixed-use development compromised of 220 luxury apartments and totaling 273,483 square feet of apartments, office and retail space. Market Lofts | Estimated Completion: Mid-2018

Work has begun on Market Lofts, a $10.8 million mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Overland Park on the corner of 80th and Marty. The 36-unit apartment building will be a blend of one- and two-bedroom apartments above over 5,500 square feet of retail space and a secured 43-space underground garage.

The Vue | Estimated Completion: Late 2018

Following April's groundbreaking ceremony, construction has been ongoing at The Vue, a 219-unit luxury apartment complex that will include 10,000 square feet of retail, an attached 324-space parking garage, a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center and indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. Located in the heart of Downtown Overland Park at the corner of 80th and Marty, The Vue will come with walkable access to all of Downtown's restaurants, shops and amenities.
