There are a lot of exciting changes coming your way in Downtown OP! Three new mixed-used developments are currently under construction with another expected to break ground soon. A fifth development project featuring assisted and independent senior living facilities was recently approved by the Overland Park City Council and will break ground this summer. InterUrban Lofts | Estimated Completion: April 2017

InterUrban Lofts is a mixed-use property located just 1.5 blocks from the historic center of Downtown Overland Park on the corner of 79th and Conser. Features include 41 luxury rental apartments, 7,500 square feet of class-A office space, a 53-car underground garage with assigned, heated and secured parking for residents, high-end common areas and unit finishes. Common areas feature state-of-the-art amenities such as WiFi, a fitness center, outdoor terrace with entertainment features and a coffee lounge with free Starbucks coffee for residents.

Avenue 80 | Estimated Completion: Fall 2017

Located at the corner of 80th and Metcalf, Avenue 80 is a mixed-use development compromised of 220 luxury apartments and totaling 273,483 square feet of apartments, office and retail space. With a large parking garage, interior courtyard and 5th floor clubhouse with exercise equipment all within walking distance to Downtown Overland Park shops, restaurants and the Overland Park Farmers' Market, Avenue 80 promises to be great place for new residents call home.

Market Lofts | Estimated Completion: Fall 2017

Work has begun on Market Lofts, a $10.8 million mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Overland Park on the corner of 80th and Marty. The 36-unit apartment building will be a blend of one- and two-bedroom apartments above over 5,500 square feet of retail space and a secured 43-space underground garage.

The Vue | Estimated Completion: Summer 2018

Construction will begin soon on The Vue, a 219-unit luxury apartment complex that will include 10,000 square feet of retail, an attached 324-space parking garage, a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center and indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. Located in the heart of Downtown Overland Park at the corner of 80th and Marty, The Vue will come with walkable access to all of Downtown's restaurants, shops and amenities.

Avenue 81 | Newly Announced!
A new $45 million senior apartment project is being planned by EPC Real Estate Group on the former site of the White Haven Motor Lodge at 81st and Metcalf. Located immediately south of Avenue 80, the senior housing project will have 70% of its apartments set aside for independent living and 30% for assisted living operated by Midwest Health, Inc.
Avenue 81, a 73,205 square foot project, will feature 11,000 square feet of retail space, a 193-space parking garage and a 48-space surface parking lot. Construction is expected to begin Summer 2017.
